POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for an Accountant to join our team. Reporting directly to the Controller this position will work closely supporting our client and company operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and exquisite communication skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
  • Process payroll in a timely manner
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
  • Assist in issuing timely and complete financial statements
  • Support month end and year end closing through preparation and review of account reconciliations
  • Assist in the production of the annual budget and forecasts
  • Prepare and issue daily, weekly, and monthly financial analysis reports to operational management.
  • Assists with annual financial statement audit and prepares supporting documentation for the audit.
  • Prepares journal entries; quarterly and annual payroll tax returns/reconciliation
  • Tracks revenue and reconciles to General Ledger; weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable invoices
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies identified in monthly revenue numbers and explain variances.
  • Reviews General Ledger Accounts and Reconcile for intercompany transactions.
  • Reconciles bankroll to General Ledger.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret routine business documents.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and recommend valid conclusions.
  • Ability to mentor - shoulder to shoulder- with diverse, creative employees.
  • Must be very detailed oriented.
  • Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Finance or Economics from a four-year college or university.
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient with Excel, Microsoft Access and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

We are currently searching for a Field Service Gaming Technician to join our team. Reporting directly to the Field Service Gaming Technician Supervisor, this position will work closely with our sales team and supporting our client locations. This position will prep, install, troubleshoot to the component/circuit level, service, maintain, upgrade and covert VGT system and equipment, and document all services rendered in client service logs and other software as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership skills, and exquisite communication skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transport and install video gaming terminals to client locations.
  • Set-up game options and test various devices, e.g. bill acceptors.
  • Perform software and system integration verification tests on site or remotely.
  • Perform all prep tests including assurance hardware, firmware, and system interfaces.
  • Install and maintain LAN cables and various network devices.
  • Test programs with various verification devices.
  • Troubleshoot with input and output tests.
  • Test paytable, reel strip, and bonus awards.
  • Deliver and install all replacement parts.
  • Adapt to various jurisdictions and interface with compliance officers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete work based applications concisely, completely, and timely.
  • Strong work ethic and moral character.
  • Steward of company resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electronics, electro-mechanical, telecom or computer equipment required preferable with VGT equipment and gaming system products.
  • Up to 2 years of project or team lead experience preferred.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Strong smartphone, computer, excel/word, and internet skills
  • Experience in setting up computer networks and A+ Certification, N+ Certification or similar is preferred.
  • This position requires registration and licensing with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

MUST ALSO HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN:

  • AC/DC fundamentals
  • Tools and experience using tools is required
  • Reading and translating wiring diagrams
  • Maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting to component/circuit level
  • Testing programs with verification devices such as Kobetron
  • This position also requires the ability to lift 75 lbs, ability to travel, willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as required, pass the PennDot check and have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record, and be able to obtain the necessary state, local gaming license(s). Must also be able to pass security background checks and pass for-cause drug tests.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for a Field Service Technician Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Service Manager this position will work closely supporting our client and company operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and exquisite communication skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops workflow for Field Service Technicians
  • Assists in goal setting, skill enhancement and performance review activities for Field Service Technicians
  • Investigates and resolves any issues resulting from substandard performance
  • Manages route cash handling and collections with Field Service Technicians
  • Ensures company policies and procedures are followed by team members
  • Provides training to Field Service Technicians as needed
  • Addresses customer inquiries, resolves issues and obtains customer feedback proactively
  • Maintains positive and healthy relationships with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness
  • Assists in interviewing and hiring new Field Service Technicians
  • Responsible for all collections, reconciliation, recycle, and accountability of route cash
  • Plans, coordinates and manages both scheduled work orders and unscheduled field support, as well as software and hardware upgrades
  • Conducts and compiles site surveys
  • Oversees local video gaming terminal paperwork or work-based apps necessary to complete work orders
  • Interacts with state and local Compliance officials and ensures technicians observe all facility protocols
  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service through maintenance of high quality and integrity in the work environment
  • Reviews the operating expenses with the Service Manager and identifies spending trends and methods to optimize the budget
  • Determines short-term and long-term projections based on the proximity and number of customers serviced in a particular area
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Communicates directly with the Company Operations leadership to escalate issues discovered in the field
  • Ability to create an environment of support and accountability

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • High School or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 years progressively responsible experience in field service in a gaming manufacturing environment
  • Prefer 3 years of cash handling experience in a bank or casino setting
  • Previous leadership experience especially within a field service team and/or remote employees
  • Excellent communicator that works well with others and treats employees fairly with strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in building and working in a team atmosphere
  • Knowledge in all facets of field operations leadership and management
  • Experience with coaching direct reports
  • Transferable management skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with technicians, support staff, and valued customers

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for a Service Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations this position will work closely supporting our clients and company operations in a technical support capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, leadership, and exquisite communication skills. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to direct the Technical Support Department.
  • Ability to fill in for roles of the Technical Support team for system support/installation/testing/processing.
  • Ability to interface with Operations department to keep test and production systems in sync and at top performance at all times.
  • Ability to arrange for and manage user acceptance testing of new and/or improved software.
  • Plan for and conduct testing and implementation of software releases.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting support when required.
  • Ability to gather and author technical specification requirements for new software.
  • Ability to implement game projects.
  • Ability to schedule software releases.
  • Ability to create and maintain a work schedule for all department employees.
  • Maintains the timecards of the technical support employees through applicable timecard system.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with technical support staff hiring, discipline, and termination of employees.
  • First level of support in the event of an operational issue.
  • Identify, trouble shoot, and escalate operational problems as they occur.
  • Create and maintain operational procedures.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and communicate problems effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to coordinate user acceptance testing in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Ability to evaluate software change requests.
  • Ability to maintain RMS, SAS, and other related systems software.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Associates degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, or related degree plan
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a casino, or route gaming environment.
  • 5+ year’s leadership experience with managing 10+ direct reports.
  • Complete understanding of infrastructure within a route gaming environment.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
  • Skill in following instruction and working independently within established guidelines and procedures.
